The bowfin is another really unique fish with a top fin nearly the length of it's body, one solid 'ribbon'. They are a unique fish and yes, it's true they have human like teeth, it's part of what makes them special. The sheepshead are very important and very much a part of fishing in Florida. I used to fish in Florida with my Grandfather, a commercial fisherman. I have listed them in order, top to bottom, of the ones I think would be best suited for the Everglades location.
